An experienced naturopathic physician, teacher, and athlete, Dr. Rick Marinelli has helped many patients and taught leading physicians the importance of naturopathic approaches to healing, especially in painful and degenerative conditions. His focus on naturopathic pain medicine utilizes gentle, effective techniques that include prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma matrix grafts, mesotherapy, nerve blocks/neural therapy, myofascial trigger point injections, manipulation and acupuncture.

In addition, homeopathy, herbal medicine, intravenous micronutrient therapy, hormonal therapies and exercise rehabilitation are also often utilized. Dr. Marinelli has been doing diagnostic ultrasound for over 10 years, prolotherapy for nearly 20 years and is truly stoked to have combined his love of surfing and fear of flying in the new sport of kitesurfing.
